Centre of Excellence

We have an award-winning in-house 'Training Centre of Excellence' where we train 100% of Evolve: Awarded People 1st's Quality Marked Training Courseour staff before they work on behalf of our clients. This training centre comprises of full banqueting facilities, a fully equipped bar and a kitchen for trade-testing our Chefs.

We have a coffee machine to test and train baristas. Our training covers every element and style of hospitality from team service to silver service.

Evolve Hospitality are delighted that these facilities have been recognised as a Quality Marked Training Course for 2016 to 2018 by People 1st.

By working with the Academy of Food and Wine Service and investing in our staff through our free training, we aim to change people's attitude to the hospitality industry as a whole. We want it recognised as a chosen industry rather than a stopgap, by providing the most skilled staff consistently.
