The Job Role

My client is looking for a passionate, experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at this fine dining restaurant in the Oxfordshire area.

The Venue

This stunning restaurant, which has gained an excellent reputation for serving innovative British cuisine, is seeking a talented and creative Chef de Partie to join the brigade. Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of their menu, acquiring all their ingredients from their sister farm estate.

You will work closely with the newly appointed Michelin Starred Head Chef that is at the top of his game. His plans are to regain accolades and in the future, progress the kitchen to new heights to become the UK’s best, if not more!!

As Chef de Partie you will assist the Head Chef in creating inspiring menus and support in the training and development of the Junior Chefs ensuring you are keeping to all legalities such as health and safety and hygiene.

The suitable candidate will preferably be from a Michelin or Rosette background and is passionate about using fresh local ingredients to give the highest quality dishes to guests.

 Chef Essentials

  • Experience within a Michelin or Rosette venue, minimum of 2 years
  • Experienced working in a 100% fresh food environment
  • Must be passionate and have the ability to continually raise standards
  • Self-motivated and pro-active
  • Capable of demonstrating effective organisational skills
  • Take pride and attention to detail in your work
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • First rate culinary ability and have the passion, drive, flair and determination to succeed
