Head Chef - £30K-£32K + Company Benefits - Birmingham Central

My client requires a strong and experienced Head Chef, preferably with a background and a natural flair for fresh foods with the ability to deal with high restaurant volume. 

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader who thrives on always producing only the best and leads from the front !!

This restaurant is independently owned with the client priding themselves on serving the highest quality produce available and cooking with great skill and precision delivering a faultless experience every time.

Head Chef Details:

- Responsible for the daily running of the kitchen 

- Responsible for menu development, planning and costing

- Ensure your team is delivering consistent quality throughout service 

- Allocate duties to the team 

- Working to all set targets

- Making sure all Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety is up to date and implemented

- Staff training and development

Head Chef Essentials:

- Experience as a Head Chef in a busy kitchen, using fresh ingredients and catering for high volumes

- Strong leadership skills

- Be organised and precise with a keen eye for detail 

- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues as they arise 

- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English

- Organised administrator
