We are seeking a career focused Head Pastry Chef for this superb and beautiful 4* Hotel property in the Basingstoke area.

Working in a team of 18 chefs you will be required to support the team in a variety of areas across restaurant & with 4 kitchens across the grounds and a very stable and loyal team, this is a lovely opportunity to join a well respected Hotel Collection group, with further future ambitions within this property for expansion.

The pastry team is a team of 4 chefs with further support from talented commis' when required, and has recently benefited from new equipment with further capital expenditure available for more investment.

Shifts will be a mostly straights with very occasional splits, contracted to a maximum of 48 hour working week. The Executive chef has a great reputation for mentoring and developing his team and very much looks after a loyal kitchen brigade.

Accommodation on site is available if required which will affect the annual salary on offer.

Key Criteria we are seeking:

- From fresh food restaurant or hotel operations

- Stable and committed work history

- Experience of rosetted restaurants would be a distinct advantage

- Trained to NVQ Level 1 & 2

- Currently based in the UK and available for interviews and trials

- Live in available to support any relocation.
