Events and Catering Sous Chef - £26,000 - £30,000

We are looking for an Event Sous Chef for an exciting, independent Event Catering company with a reputation for high quality food and great service. As Sous Chef you will help manage the day to day running of the kitchen, liaising with clients, ensuring all dishes are fresh and seasonal and that the kitchen maintains its reputation for high quality, well presented food. 

The role is based in the centre of Chertsey at their central production kitchen, but the company cover many high-profile venues in south London, so please be prepared to travel to events outside of Chertsey.

Due to the nature of events the hours will vary depending on the time of year. Some weeks you may work day time hours, Monday to Friday, other weeks will require a flexible approach and will be dependent on business levels.
