The position has become available as the Sous Chef for 2 years has been promoted

As Sous chef you will be part of a team responsible for 5 chefs, servicing the bar and restaurant and banqueting facilities within this operation which is owned by one of the UK's leading country club operators.

You will be contracted to a 45 hr week across 7 days, with the majority of business covering Breakfast and Lunch, the restaurant is closed in the evenings therefore evenings will solely be based on banqueting and events, which generally conclude in the kitchen for 8.30-9pm.

The kitchens have recently undergone a very extensive refurbishment so fully fitted out with new equipment

Key Criteria we are seeking

- Capable of supporting a team of 5 chefs

- Trained to NVQ 1&2 or UK equivalent

- Own Transport essential due to the location

- From a fresh food background and experience of menu development
