Sous Chef - Gastro Pub with multiple Rosettes 

As Sous Chef you will need to have a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and create modern British and European food using locally sourced produce originating from the local area,

Working in a small team of Chefs and reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead and manage the team in the absence of Head Chef. You will also need to be hands on Sous Chef that wants to develop their skills within the kitchen team and to help coach and develop junior chefs.

You will need to be a strong Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a proven and stable CV and a Self-starter who can manage their own time, working in a fresh food led business that is looking to progress to Head Chef within the collection of Gastro-Pubs.
 
  • Starting Salary £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
  • Plus £2,000 - £3,000 Tips/Service
  • With Live-in available
