Sous Chef - High Volume Branded Restaurant – Lewes

£27000 + extra shift pay


We are recruiting a Head Chef for a popular, branded, high volume British fresh food concept in the centre of Lewes.

The aim is to produce perfectly executed dishes time and time again, from breakfast to bedtime.

Our client puts enormous care into perfecting recipes, sourcing great ingredients and training the teams so that their customers can enjoy the most delicious food. The Sous Chef is key to their ability to deliver on their promise, ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy branded kitchen environment and naturally leads and inspires his or her team whilst working closely with the General Manager. You will have good knowledge of contemporary British cuisine and basic food hygiene qualifications.

You will receive excellent support and continual development opportunities in this business of nearly 100 sites.

Previous experience as Sous Chef or proven success record as Chef de Partie will be an advantage.
