Sous Chef Required for Exciting New Restaurant Opening

We are looking for a Talented and passionate Sous chef to work with the Head Chef and help launch a brand-new Restaurant within beautiful and chic surroundings. This is the 2nd restaurant in the group with further openings planned.

The concept is high end Tapas/Sharing plates with a Mediterranean, Modern European and North African influence, however any other new ideas and concepts will be welcomed. You will also have full autonomy of the menu and suppliers. The owners are also passionate about using fresh ingredients that are prepared daily.

The restaurant also has a brand-new kitchen space to work from, The Restaurant plan is to serve dishes to 100 – 150 covers.

As this is a newly opened restaurant you will be responsible for helping to build and manage the team to ensure that high standards are maintained, you will therefore need to be hands on and passionate about training and developing all chefs in your team.

The owners are already looking at other sites with plans to expand their concept and would be looking to progress the Sous Chef in to a Head chef role.
