Sous Chef

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team in a busy and successful seafood based Restaurant that is already established, using suppliers from the local area and fresh seasonal ingredients.

Over seeing a team of 9 Chefs and serving 50 up to 130 covers in a busy restaurant, You will need to already be an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef who is used to working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food and also be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. Proficient in achieving targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential.

To be considered for the Sous Chef position you will need to have a strong and stable CV a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and producing high standard dishes and ideally exposure to Rosettes or similar level.
