Adam Bowden 

A Quick Intro: As a chef, I was classically trained by the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts at The Ritz working from Apprentice Chef to Sous Chef, and I then moved on to work at Daylesford Organic for a year before making the move back to Fine Dining with Restaurant Associates at Tower 42. I truly have a great affiliation with the industry as well as a desire for the correct development and training of young Chefs.

Interesting Fact: Represented Britain for the Apprentice of Europe competition in Courchevel in 2008 against 12 other countries and won!
Favourite Restaurant: Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
Phobia: Not a ‘real’ phobia, but a strong dislike of not being in control (such as when on theme park rides)
