Natalya Ismail - Events Junior Consultant - Temporary Division (London Team)

Natalya Ismail

A Quick Intro: Being able to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures is one of the many things I love about the hospitality industry. I joined the FOH team in early 2015 with a well-rounded hospitality background where I was often described as a ‘jack-of-all-trades’. Spending 6 weeks a year around family hotels in Northern Cyprus, I developed an interest in hospitality from a young age. My early career was spent mainly with charitable organisations and working with young people/adults at-risk, but whilst travelling in my late teens I found myself bartending one summer at the famous floating Puerto Madero Casino in Buenos Aires - it was here that my passion for hospitality was re-ignited. After returning to London I did freelance work covering everything from hotel services, private box waiting, silver service and food management, to set-ups and staffing, before finally finding a home in Events Recruitment at Evolve.
